Working with 70 DVZ Strings need not be complicated.

A single-button recalls presets at will. You can instantly change the entire sound — including the nuances of styles, articulations, number of players and patterns — all in real time as you play. Your selections are automatable, saved as program changes on your sequencer.

Instant Selection via Keyswitch or Touchscreen

You can work even faster by selecting presets via keyswitching. DVZ gives you the option to press a key on your optional auxiliary Keyswitch keyboard to go to any of the first 9 of the 20 available presets. Click the image below to bring up a demo showing what each of the factory presets does.

Because 70 DVZ Strings is touch-screen compatible, you also have the option to use this kind of monitor and thereby be able to select your presets just by touching the GUI buttons.

You can edit presets and save your own

You can save your own presets, whether you create them “from scratch” or by editing factory-supplied presets. You decide which aspects of the setup each preset controls. All these presets may be saved as files on your hard drive. So in reality you're not limited to the 20 preset slots on the GUI because you can load any of the presets you've created. Instantly recall just the right string sounds for your various projects.
